Google Buys Anti-Spam, and Anti Web-Fraud Startup Impermium

impermiumGoogle march for acquiring tech companies is continuing and now it is reported that Google has acquired internet security start-up Impermium.

The main focus of Impermium is on spam control and to eliminate web abuse and fraud. However, from today, Impermium work will be for Google now.

The CEO and co-founder Mark Risher has said in a  statement that Impermium will further improve after it has been acquired by Google.

The value of the acquisition has so far not been disclosed by either Google or Impermium.

Impermium was co-founded by Risher in 2011. The news of this acquisition is following on the earlier big news that Google had acquired Nest for $3.2 Billion.
