Intel Confirms Future Processors Will Run Both Windows and Android

Intel Inside

Intel has confirmed at the CES 2014 that  that future processors from Intel will be able to switch between Android and Windows with a simple touch of a button just like Asus Transformer Book Duet.

Intel showed a demonstration of the feature at a laptop in its press conference at CES 2014 after showcasing “Intel Device Protection Technology” which was aimed at convincing companies that future Intel powered Android devices will be compliant with the enterprise level security requirements of big corporations.

However, there are companies other than Intel that are also showing the same dual OS approach at CES. Intel’s competitor AMD announced that making use of its partnership with BlueStacks and ARM processor core in its processors, it will run Android apps right within Windows environment.
