Xbox Live Suffers Outage on ‘Titanfall’ Launch

It could be worst time for Xbox Live to be down because the game that is going to decide the future of Xbox One, Titanfall, has made a debut today.

Microsoft prepared a lot well for its launch by releasing new system updates, a new fix for Xbox One game controller and even launched new peripherals for this.

But a large number of Xbox One players found Xbox Live down when they tried to play Titanfall. They are not unable to either sign in to their consoles or play the game at all.

Xbox One support has acknowledged the problem and has tweeted:

Unable to sign in to Xbox Live on Xbox One? We’re on the case to get this issue fixed as soon as possible! ^PC

The problem with Titanfall is that it is totally dependent on Xbox Live. You need a connection for even playing its tutorial.

Microsoft has claimed that the outage is not related to Titanfall itself. The outage has taken more than five hours and for some the issue is still unresolved, though Microsoft claims that the problem has been fixed:

Thanks for your patience, Xbox Live is good to go! Try these specific steps to get back in the game now: ^CW
