Xerox Revenue Drops 9.6 Percent Amid Lower Printer Sales

The quarterly revenue of Xerox Corporation has suffered a revenue loss of 9.6 percent because of a strong dollar and declining printer sales, Reuters has reported. The company has said that it is going to review its operations because of these poor results.

Overall Xerox reported a net loss of $34 million which translates into 4 cents per share loss for the third quarter that has ended on September 30. In comparison the company had reported a profit of $266 million last year.

Total revenue has decreased from $4.33 billion to $4.80 billion. The company has also stated that its board has directed a review of the business portfolio and the capital allocation between different options.
